Start My Business Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates My Trust Software (the "Platform"), accessible at mytrustsoftware.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our trust creation and management services, or use our Concierge Attorney Matching service.
This policy applies to all users across all fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and all U.S. territories. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you use our Concierge Attorney Matching service, we share limited information with potential attorneys to determine their interest and availability. Here is what we share and when:
We share only general, non-identifying information with prospective attorneys: your state of residence, the type of trust or legal service needed, your general situation (e.g., "client receives SSI and needs an irrevocable Special Needs Trust"), and whether you are a pre-qualified, ready-to-pay client. We do NOT share your name, email, phone number, or other personally identifying details at this stage.
Only after an attorney confirms interest in taking your case AND you review and approve the attorney match do we share your contact information with the attorney. At that point, the attorney-client relationship forms directly between you and the attorney. The attorney's handling of your personal information is subject to the attorney's own privacy practices and attorney-client privilege -- not this Privacy Policy.
When we present a potential attorney match, we share the attorney's name, firm name, state bar number, practice areas, quoted fee, and contact information. This information is sourced from publicly available bar association directories and the attorney's own representations.
Your data is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
